When she was just 21 years old, she founded Brass Ring Theater Company.
Later on in 1990, she was listed in the list of John Willis' Screen World's one of twelve Promising New Actors of 1990.
Annabella is born to a housewife mother and a veterinarian father. She attended South Shore High School in the Canarsie neighborhood of Brooklyn and graduated in 1978.
